E2Archie Studios Photography Terms of Service

Hey there, and welcome to E2Archie Studios! We can't wait to capture your special moments. Before we get started, let's make sure we're on the same page. Here's what you need to know:

1. Our Commitment: We promise to bring creativity, passion, and professionalism to every shoot. We'll be there on time, with a smile, and ready to make your vision come to life.
Your Responsibilities: You're free to be yourself, but please let us know of any special requests, needs, or concerns in advance. We want this to be a perfect experience for you.

2. Copyright and Usage: While we retain the copyright to the images, you'll get plenty of room to share and enjoy them. Need them for commercial purposes? Let's chat, and we can figure out a plan that works for both of us.

3. Payment and Cancellations: Life happens, we get it. But if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a 72-hour heads-up. As for payment, we'll require a deposit upfront and the balance upon delivery of those dazzling photos.

4. Privacy: Your moments are yours, and we'll never share them without your consent. Your privacy is as important to us as getting that perfect shot.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not grinning ear to ear with your photos, let us know. We'll work together to make things right because your happiness is our goal.

6. Liability: While we take the utmost care in our work, we can't be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances like weather, location restrictions, or Godzilla attacks. (Just kidding about that last one!)
